This tee wears like a quiet rebellion. A tiny, exhausted-looking fly perches on a chair, headphones on, and the words "Screaming is self care" arc above and below it. The design balances dark humor with a gentle nod to burnout — for people who cope with stress by laughing at it. The medium-weight, smooth cotton feels sturdy yet breathable, with a classic crew neckline and relaxed cut that layers easily under jackets or over long sleeves. Soft ribbing at the collar, shoulder tape, and a tubular knit body keep the shirt from warping. Printed with crisp DTF and DTG techniques, the ink sits cleanly on the fabric and keeps the illustration’s subtle textures intact. Wear it to loud group therapy sessions (metaphorically), late-night study sessions, or on the commute when you need a wearable joke to get through the day.
