How long will my order take?
Everything is printed just for you. Production takes 1 to 2 business days, and US shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. You'll find an estimated delivery date on every product page. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! US orders of $85 or more ship free, automatically at checkout.
How do the sizes fit?
Our tees, crewnecks and hoodies are unisex, so they run a little roomier than women's sizing. Check the size chart on each product page. For a closer fit, size down; for a cozy oversized look, size up.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind or sizing. But if anything arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. After that, your item is usually already being printed.
How do I care for my shirt or sweatshirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the design, and don't dry clean. This keeps your print looking great for years.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to many countries. Rates are shown at checkout, and international orders typically arrive in 10 to 20 business days. Import duties or taxes may apply.
